What customers say?

“ Love this TP Tea location! Their drinks are consistently delicious—creamy milk teas, fruity flavors, and perfectly chewy boba. I especially enjoy how flavorful and fresh each drink tastes. The store is small but cozy, and the staff are friendly. It’s a convenient spot to grab a bubble tea when you’re around UW. ”

“ Tieguanyin tea latte, black tea latte, and green tea latte are so delicious with a strong tea flavor, and their milk teas are pretty good! Their matcha and fresh taro flavors suck though ”

“ A Taiwan-born tea stand that started in Taichung and has expanded across Asia and into the U.S. They offer an impressive lineup of around 50 drinks, all made with carefully selected tea leaves used generously, so the tea flavor really stands out. You can customize sweetness, ice level, and toppings, which makes it easy to find a drink that perfectly matches your taste. Whether you prefer something classic or more adventurous, there’s plenty to choose from. A great spot for high-quality Taiwanese tea! ”

“ Hands down, this is the best tea shop in all of Washington state! Seriously amazing. Just a thought for the owner: has anyone told you that Bellevue is the prime spot for tea shops? ”

“ Overall: good but slightly pricy drinks. Would recommend the fruit tea w chia seeds as it was refreshing. The noodle topping in one of the drinks was interesting. Atmosphere - music wa honestly loud and overwhelming. Can’t imagine what the volume lvl would be if the store had been a lot more busy. Seating was also very limited so seems more like a place to grab n go. Decor was cute though Note: not pictured was the menu because the displays were glitching. Dim and kinda hard to read from far away. Would recommend fixing it. ”

“ It was my first time trying TP tea and I decided to get the QQ TP Milk tea with tapioca and coffee jelly. The price is very reasonable for the quality you're getting. My milk tea was excellent, the tea flavor actually comes through and the texture of the toppings were chewy and bouncy. I found that 50% sugar was sweet enough, I could even do less next time if I wanted to. Parking is hard around the area, you'll have to find street parking when visiting this spot. The service is quite slow so you might have to wait a bit for your drink. There was only one other person in front of me but I still found myself waiting about 10 minutes. ”

“ Favorite place to get my boba fixing around the U district! Beautifully made and quick too! Price is great compared to other competitors in the area. I usually get a basic Milk Tea with boba, but the Thai Tea Series looked amazing, so I decided to switch it up. I have not, and will not, regret any trips here. ”

“ My fave milk tea in all of Seattle and they now have their new location open in U -district! We usually get their signature milk tea and/or Guanyin milk tea, and sometimes their Crema milk teas, all of which are amazing! I recommend getting 100% sugar (which is also what they recommend). Definitely try this place out if you haven’t yet. Parking is limited to the “Ave” as there is no parking lot nearby. ”
